I have never written a negative review on Etsy, but I'm going to here. I was excited when this eye mask popped up in an email from Etsy in October. A perfect Christmas gift for my college-age daughter. I ordered the "Leave Me Alone" mask on Oct. 15 and was charged $14.50. The confirmation said it would ship within 3-5 business days. When I hadn't received it by Nov. 13, I emailed Lucinda and got a response on Nov. 15 that it would ship that weekend. Still no mask. I emailed her again and got a message on Nov. 24 that she had been out-of-town, but would mail it out. Dec. 7 (still no mask), I emailed her again, saying that if I didn't have it be the week of Dec. 10, I wanted a refund. So here I am on Dec. 11 with no mask and no communication from her. A refund better be coming. The absolute WORST customer service! Frustrated!

Placed my order on the 14th of September & it still hasn’t been shipped. Sucks because I really expected it to come in time.

I have not received the items yet.
